The Legislator Education and Action Project (LEAP) is presented in partnership by the Association of Washington Business Institute and Children's Campaign Fund Action. Through this dynamic new collaboration, we are facilitating education across the aisle to state legislators, their staff, and other key advocates on the importance of early childhood public policy - including child care and early learning - through a multi-channel education program.
